- 2 bananas, mashed
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon cashew or almond butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- coconut oil for frying
- Cashew or almond butter for topping
Whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, nut butter, and coconut flour.
Grease a skillet with coconut oil and heat the pan on medium-high heat. Make mounds using about 1/4 cup of batter and top with some chocolate chips. Cook until golden brown and then flip gently to cook the other side. Serve immediately and top with additional nut butter to really make them decadent!
