Andi's Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • butter for frying
  • optional: chocolate chips

Instructions

Combine the dry ingredients together and mix well. Add into wet ingredients. Mix until incorporated- don’t over mix.

Heat frying pan on medium heat with butter and dollop pancake batter in to 3 inch rounds. Fy until golden 3-4 minutes. Add chocolate chips if desired and flip. Fry until golden on other side. Serve warm
