Citrus-Infused Cranberry SaucePrint Recipe
- 16 oz frozen or fresh cranberries (thawed if frozen)
- 1 orange, juiced (1/4 cup) and zested (1/2 tsp)
- 1 grapefruit, juiced (1/2 cup) and zested (1/2 tsp)
- 1 cup light-brown sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, uncovered; immediately lower to a simmer and cover. Let cook for 30 minutes, until the cranberries have burst and all the flavors have blended together.
Serve warm or room-temperature.
